Application & Usage

Sodium Humate is easy to use in ceramic production. It can be directly added to ceramic slurries during the mixing process, with a recommended addition amount depending on specific ceramic formulations and performance requirements. Typically, a small dosage of 0.5-2% is sufficient to achieve significant performance improvements. The product disperses well in water, ensuring uniform distribution in the ceramic matrix.

1. Body Material Additive: Functions as a deflocculant and dispersant, as well as a plasticizer and strengthener. It improves the fluidity of ceramic slurry, reduces cracking and breakage of dry green bodies, and is suitable for mechanized production.

4. Sagger Clay Modifier: Increases the dry flexural strength by over 20%, reduces the forming moisture content by approximately 4%, shortens the drying time, and decreases the breakage rate of dry green bodies.
